Wearing Steps:

1. Put on the left side first, remaining the cup upright
2. Put the bra at 45° with the buckle pointing to your belly button, and cover the edge of your breasts
3. Do not stick on any area except breasts, and do not put the bra horizontally
4. Lift breasts and make sure both cups remain upright
5. Clasp the clip to create cleavage
